From 1998 till 2007 I was active as a painter. Since then I entirely realize my artwork in Windows Paint.
Paint allows my to keep my handwriting, but it also shows the digitale technique. Because when printed, the pixels (dots) are made visable.
Inspired by the Ancient art, I wanted to bring those half human/half animal figures into our time. Therefore I had to create half human/half machine-like figures.
Contemporary topics, like mass consumption and the technological development, are an important part of my artwork. |
